How Many Recessions Have You Lived Through?
Someone in their 50s who’s been working for three decades will have experienced only two recessions, plus the very brief Covid-19 implosion that was an exception to every rule. This generation is not experienced in dealing with downturns, and that could have its own unpredictable effects.
