På toppen av Tysklands högsta berg Zugspitze,

 i en skidstation som tagen ur en James Bond-film och med svindlande utsikt över de bayerska alperna, träffades på fredagen en handfull europeiska ministrar för att skissa på en ny, europeisk migrationspolitik.


Tysklands inrikesminister Alexander Dobrindt hade bjudit in kollegor från Frankrike, Polen, Österrike, Danmark och Tjeckien för att bland annat diskutera hur man snabbare kan utvisa personer från EU, och vilka länder i världen som kan vara intresserade av att, till rätt pris, hysa asylsökande åt EU-länderna.
