My main point: It is the sentiment, stupid

It is not about valuations. 

Soon Fed will lower interest rates by 0,25 percent, the exact date of which is debated 24/7 on media like CNBC and Bloomberg.




 Markets barely notice; “Buy the dip.”

 Many investors now follow a simple rule when markets decline: “Buy the dip.”

Investors now expect rescue packages at the first sign of trouble, and will keep buying the dip.
