US stocks shed $3.2tn in a day of chaotic trading which saw the tech-heavy Nasdaq 100 plunge 6.4 per cent 

Wall Street's biggest trading desks had said the stock-market rally would resume after the election, but that call backfired spectacularly on Thursday.

The Nasdaq 100 Index lost $2.3 trillion and the S&P 500 plunged 4.4% as anxiety around the artificial intelligence trade wiped out gains from the previous day.

The trading desks' bullish views may still materialize, but Thursday's selloff highlights the difficulty of trying to forecast the stock market's direction, even for Wall Street's pros.

I stället för att verka avskräckande har skandalerna kring partiföreträdare som öppet skyltat med Hamassympatier och deltagit i hyllningar av massakern på Novafestivalen 2023 lockat stora muslimska väljarskaror i utanförskapsområden.  Men dagens vänsterpartier har hittat en väg ut ur socialismens klasskampspolitik – ett arbetarparti utan arbetare har ju ändå ingen framtid.  I stället såg vänstern sin ljusnande framtid i grupper som bär tydliga likheter med palestinarörelsen i fråga om synen på judar.
